Modern slavery is a serious crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It can take many forms, including slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking. All these forms involve depriving someone of their freedom to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.
At Sundry Recruitment, we have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. We are fully committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings. We are dedicated to implementing effective systems and controls to ensure that modern slavery has no place in our business or supply chains.
We are also committed to transparency in our efforts to tackle modern slavery, in line with our obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We expect all contractors, suppliers, and business partners to uphold the same high standards. As part of our contracting process, we will include specific prohibitions against forced, compulsory, or trafficked labour, and expect our suppliers to ensure their supply chains follow the same ethical standards.
This policy applies to everyone working for or on behalf of Sundry Recruitment, including employees, directors, agency workers, contractors, consultants, and business partners.

Policy Compliance
All employees and partners are required to read, understand, and comply with this policy. Preventing, detecting, and reporting modern slavery is the responsibility of everyone working with us or under our control. If you believe or suspect that modern slavery is occurring, or may occur, you must notify your manager or the HR department immediately.
We encourage you to raise any concerns regarding potential modern slavery in our business or supply chains as early as possible. Any suspicions should be reported in line with our Whistleblowing Policy.
If you are unsure whether certain practices constitute modern slavery, discuss it with your manager or HR department. We are committed to supporting anyone who raises genuine concerns in good faith, without fear of detrimental treatment. If you feel you’ve experienced negative treatment after raising concerns, inform your manager right away.
